Big Newborn Energy

Big Newborn Energy is a half day class designed to help you feel calm, capable, and supported as you prepare to bring your baby home. The early days with a newborn can feel full of unknowns, and this class is here to replace guesswork with clarity and confidence.

We focus on realistic newborn care, honest conversations, and practical guidance that meets you where you are. Big Newborn Energy helps you feel prepared for those first weeks, not by telling you what you should do, but by helping you understand your baby and trust yourself as a parent.

This class is ideal for expecting parents and support partners who want to feel prepared, informed, and supported as they head into the newborn phase.

What you’ll walk away with:

By the end of Big Newborn Energy, you will feel more grounded as you step into early parenthood.

You can expect to walk away with

  • a clearer understanding of feeding options and what is normal in the early days

  • confidence in creating safe sleep environments and routines

  • insight into newborn temperament and behaviour

  • practical tools for supporting your own physical and emotional healing

  • reassurance that you are not doing this wrong

Why this class rocks:

The newborn phase is often talked about in extremes. Blissful or brutal. Easy or overwhelming. Big Newborn Energy sits in the real middle ground.

This course rocks because it is honest, supportive, and deeply practical. We talk about what newborn life actually looks like, without judgement or pressure.

You will leave feeling informed but also reassured, knowing that there is no single right way to parent and that support matters just as much as knowledge.

  • "We came to the classes fairly confident in our own knowledge of birth and left even more empowered and ready to face labour head on! The classes were the perfect space for my partner and I to have intentional discussions about our birth & parenting plans, & practice support techniques."
