We recommend attending between 28-34 weeks, so that it is fresh in your mind when it’s go time. However, you are welcome to join us at any point of your pregnancy!

Absolutely! We recommend jumping into one of our Big Big Energy classes. We know first hand how hard it is to get into the zone when you’re chasing other children. This class will help you get into the mindset and calm any nerves you had about meeting this baby.
